By creating an account, placing an order, or using any Cinar Cloud service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable product-specific terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Use of Services

You must use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our hosting, VPS, or other services to distribute malware, engage in fraud, infringe intellectual property, send spam, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account and Payment

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Fees are billed according to your chosen plan; failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. Refund policies are as stated at the time of purchase.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible. Our liability for service interruptions is limited as set forth in our agreements.

Intellectual Property

Cinar Cloud and its logos, design, and content are our property. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our services, you grant us limited rights to host, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinar Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
